AN ORDINANCE Aie1ENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE PJO. 103 OF THE COUNTY OF
HA`l1AII 1950 RELATItJG TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND E4UIPf+%NT, OPERATION ARID
RESPONSIBILITY OF DRIVr'Id.S, AND INSPECTION OF EQUIPNIl;NT OF SCHOOL BUSSES
AS DEFINED BY THE PROVISIOAIS OF SECTION 1724 OF TFL REVISED LA44S CF
HAiNAII, 1945.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFli BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IIJ AND FCR TN5 COUNTY CF
HA'udAII
Section 1, Section 3 is hereby amended by adding Subsection (o)
after Subsection (n) to read as follows:
"(o) A school bus stopping to load oi~ discharge pupils out- G~M~r.,
side the city of Hilo shall stop zs far to the right ~`-~~`
of the roadway as possible whenever such stop can be
made with safety."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
