AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 55, 56.01 AND bl OF ORDINANCE N0. $9 OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1950, AND REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANC&S IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH, PERTAIMNG TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUB-
LIC STREETS AND HIQi`NAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
1~ IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPBIi.ViSORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 89 of the County of Hawaii 1950, as amended, is
hereby further amended in the following respects:
Section 1. Section 55, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto Subsections (bb) and (67) to read as folloxa:
"(bb) THE HIGHWAY known as the Kailua-Kesuhou Road (S 229 (1)
Unit 2), from Mamalahoa Highway to Palani Road.
(67) Palani Road, from Mamalahoa Highway to the Kailua-
Keauhou Beach Road."
Section 2. Section 56.01 is amended by adding thereto Subsections
13 and La to read as follows:
"13• Kailua-Keauhou.Road (S 229 (1) Unit 2) into Palani Road.
14. Kona Airport Road into Palani Road."
Section 3. Section 61, Subsection (b), Paragraph 3 is hereby amended
by adding thereto Subparagraph (i) to read as follows:
"(i) Mamalahoa Highway from its intersection with the Kailua-
Keauhou Road (S 229 (1) Unit 2) for a distance of 500
feet in the Holusloa direction."
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
