AN ORDINANCE AIJiENDING SEC'1ION 61 OF ORDINANCE N0. 89 OF I'HE
COUNTY OF IIAPJAII 1950, PER'AIATING 'PO 'PRE REGULA`T'ION OF 'PRAFFIC
UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGI3~VAYS OF 'PRE COUNTY OF HAPJAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPER VISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUN'PY OF HAWAII:
'T'hat Ordinance No. 89 of the County of Hawaii 1950
is hereby amended in the following respects:
Section 1. Section 61, Subsection (b), paragraph
3, subparagraph (g), is hereby deleted.
Section 2. Section 61, subsection (b), paragraph 1,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
1. 15 miles per hour on all streets within
9i'aiakea mill Camp 1 area, and in addition thereto
the following area:
a. Konawaena School Road, from
Nlamalahoa Highway to the Konawaena School.
Section 3. 'Phis ordinance shall take effect upon i~~.
