AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 121. OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1952,
BY ADDING A NEW SECTION DESIGNATED AS SECTION 9.01, PERTAINING TO THE
OPERATION, REGULATION AND USE OF PARKING METERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUPIT"I OF
HAWAII:
Section 1. Anew section designated as Section 9.01 is hereby
added, after Section 9, to read as follows:
"Section 9.01. Exceptions.
a. Vehicles of mail carriers on delivery schedule.
b. All vehicles whose driver is responding to emer-
gencies such as disasters, public hazard or dan-
ger to life and limb."
Section ?.. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
