BE IT ORDAINr'.D HY 'PHE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF

That Ordinance No. 129 of the County of Hawaii 1952 is hereby ~
~o, amended in the following respect: `~~
Section 1. Subsection A of Section 4 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
°A, Maximum width. The cumulative width of driveway ap-
proaches on any lot shall not exceed l~.0 per centum of
the street frontage of the lot or 30 feet whichever
is larger. In case of a lot having more than one
street frontage, the width of the driveway approach
allowed shall apply separately to each street front-
age."
Section 2. This ordinance shal/l take effect upon its approval.
