AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 OF ORDIN_NCE N0. 89 OF THE COUNTY OF
HA'NAII 1950, AND REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT FI~.~REVrTTH,
PERTAINING TO THE REGULATIGN OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STRF~TS AND
HIGH'd7AYS OF TfiE COUNTY OF HAIVAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 89 of the County of Hawaii 1950 is hereby amended
in the following respects:
Section 1. Paragraph 1, Subsection (b) of Section 21, as amended
by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 140, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Paragraph 6, Subsection (a) of Section 21, as amended,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"6. Keawe Street, from ulailuku Drive to Kilauea Street."
Section 3. This ordinance shal~~/l take effect upon its approval.
