ORDINANCE N0. ~~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 69 OF ORDINANCE NO. 147 OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII 1954, PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFr'IC UPON THE PUBLIC
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPFRVISOtLS IN ANU FUR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
That ordinance No. 147 of the County of Hawaii 1954, is hereby
amended in the following respect:
Section 1. Section 69, subsection (b), paragraph (6),
subparagraph (e), is hereby deleted.
Section 2, Section 69, subsection (b), is hereby amended
by adding Paragraph 7 after Paragraph 6, to read as follows:
"7, Fifty-five miles per hour in all other locations,"
Any speed in excess of the aforesaid limits shall be
prima-facie evidence that the speed is not reasonable or
prudent and that it is unlawful.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval. ~~
