AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 11 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1947, AS AMENDED, BY CREATING BUSINESS ZONE IX FROM A
PORTION OF RESIDENTIAL ZONE B-I, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHb".ENT CF LAND
USE DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAIN"r~D BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii 1947, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding Section
2-G, after Section 2-F, to create Business Zone IX from a portion of
Residential Zone B-I, described in Section 20, the said Section 2-G to
read as follows:
"Section 2-G. Business Zone IX. (Kilauea Street, between
Kamana and Mohouli Streets).
Busineas Zone IX shall contain all of the area described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the intersection of
Kilauea Street and Kamana Street, the coordinates of said
point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangu-
lation Station 'Halm ' being 2176.25 feet South and 6858.23
feet East, and running by azimuths in a clockwise direc-
tion from True South:
1. 58° 10' 201.14 feet along the North side
° of Kamana Street;
2. 148 10' 105.13 feet;
3. 157° 56' 213.65 feet;
4. 148° 10' 224.31 feet to the North side of
o Lanihuli Street;
5. 58 10' 24.00 feet along Lanihuli Street;
6. 148° 10' 474.43 feet to the South side of
• b4ohouli Street;
7. 239° 00' 474.26 feet along the South side
of Mohouli Street to
Kilauea Street;
8. 633.85 feet along the West side
of Kilauea Street to the
point of beginning and
containing an area of 7.1843
acres."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its agproval.
