AN ORDINANCE Ah:'~VDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE N0. 79 OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, REDUCING C_F,RTAIN BUS RENTALS.

Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance T.do. 79 of the
County of Hawaii is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. The Bus Control Committee shall
collect from the owner of each bus parking in said
area the sum of SIX DOLLARS AND FIFTY CF~ITS (.0.50)
per month."
Section 2. The provisions of the foregoing section
shall be retroactive as of the lst of N;ay, 1955.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval.
