AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF GRDINANCE N0. 129 OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1952, Pe`Ii.TAINTPJG TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRI~'urAY APPROACHES IN
THE COUNTY OF HA"vYAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERJISCRS IN AND FOR THE COUPdTY OF HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 1.29 of the County of Hawaii 1952 is hereby
amended in the following respect:
Section 1. Subsection C of Section 4 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
°C. Location of driveway approach at intersections. At street
intersections, no driveway approaches shall be constructed
along the curb curve line nor within 15 feet from the
points of curvature and~or tangency of the curb lines of
the intersecting streets."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effecty upon its approval.
