'Ph at Grdinance D:o. 129 of the County of Hawaii :952 is hereby
amended in the following respect:
Section 1. Subsection C of Section 4 is hereby amended to read
.as follows:
°C. Location of driveway approach at intersections. At street
intersections, no driveway approaches shall be constructed
along the curb curve line nor within 15 feet from the
points of curvature and/or tangency of the curb lines of
the intersecting streets."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
