AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 61 OF ORDINANCE N0. 11+7 OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1954, PERTAI MNG TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE ZT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 147 of the County of Hawaii 1954, is hereby
amended in the following respects:
Section 1. Subsection (c) of Section 61, as mmended, is hereby
further amended in the following respects:
a. By amending Paragraph 13 to read as follows:
"13. THE HIGHWAY known as the Kamuela to Harr1
Road from Mamalahoa Highway at Kamuela to
the Niulii-Mahukona Road in Hari, except
at the Hari approach to the Kynnersley
Road intersection."

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
