AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 21, 57, 61 AND 69 OF ORDINANCE N0. 147
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1954, AS AbSENDED, PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION
OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 147 of the County of Hawaii 1954, as amended,
is hereby further amended in the following respects:
Section 1. Section 21, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding Subsections (gg) and (hh) to read as followa:
"(gg) ~ the makes side of Ululani Street, between Wailuku
Drive to Waianuenue Street, and Haili Street to
Wailoa Street except that on Sundays, between the
hours of 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, parking will be
permitted between Haili Street to Ponahawai Street.
(hh) On the Waipio side of P1Lmmeria Street in Honokaa."
Section 2. Section 57, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding Subsections (k) to read as follows:
"(k) ULULANI STREET. All vehicular traffic shall move
only from the Puna to the Hamakua direction from
Ponahawai Street to Hails Street between the hours
of 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Sundays." , il.

Section 3. Paragraph 43, Subsection (c) of Section 61, as amended, `''
is hereby further amended by adding Subparagraph "g" to read as follows:
"g. Honokahau Cutoff Road."
Section 4. Paragraph 6, Subsection (b) of Section 69, as amended,
is hereby further am®nded by adding Subparagraph "g" after Subparagraph
"f" to read as follows:
"g. Hawaii Belt Road in Papaeloa from the Honokaa side of
Kihalani Bridge to the Hilo side o£ ~`oanalulu Bridge."
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
