AN ORDINANCE Ar4ENDING ORDINANCE N0. 11, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY
OF HA'NAII 1947, AS Af~ NDED, BY CREATING LIGHT INDI?STRIAL ?ONE IV FROBL A
PORTION OF CLASS B RESIDENTIAL ZONE B-I, RELATING TO T?~ ESTABLIS}A!ENT
OF LAND USE DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF HILL!.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HA?NAII:
That Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of
Hawaii 1947, as amended, is hereby further amended in the follovring
respect:
Section 1. Hy adding Section 4-B to create Light lndustrial Zone
IV from a portion of Class B Residential Zone B-I, described in Sec-
tion 20, and a portion of an A-2 Agricultural District, the said Sec-
tion 4-B to read as follows:
"Section 4-B. Light Industrial Zone IV (Portions of
Kanoelehua Street, Piilani Street and Kalanikoa Street).
Light Industrial Zone IV shall contain all of the area
bounded as follows:
Beginning at the Kesukaha-makai corner of the pro-
posed extension of Kalanikoa Street and Piilani
Street intersection and running in a clockwise
direction as follows:
1. Makai side of Piilani to the Keaukaha
side of Kanoelehua Street;
2. The Keaukaha side of Kanoelehua Street
for a distance of 440.0 feet;
3. A line from the Keaukaha side of Kanoe-
lehua street 440.0 feet away and paral-
lel to the makai side of Piilani Street
to the Keaukaha side of Kalanikoa Street;
4. The Keaukaha side of Kalanikoa Street
440.0 feet to the point of beginning."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
