AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 OF ORDINANCE N0. 147 OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1954, AS At,4ENDED, PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON
THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHiATAY5 OF THE COUNTY OF HA4YAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BARD CF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 147 of the County of Hawaii 1954, as amended,
is hereby further amended in the following respects
Section 1. Subsection (gg) of Section 21, as amended, is hereby
further amended to read as follows:
~~(gg) On the mauka side of Ululani Street, between Wailuku
Drive to Waianuenue Street, and Haili Street to
Wailoa Street except that on Sundays, between the
hours of 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, parking will be
permitted between Haili Street to Ponahawsi Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
