AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 11, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII 1947, AS AMENDED, BY CREATING BUSINESS ZONE X FROM A PORTION
OF CLASS B RESIDENTIAL ZONE B-I, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISFIDGENT OF LAND
USE DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE HOARD OF SUPERVISORS ZN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1947, as amended, is hereby further amended by add-
ing Section 2-H, after Section 2-G, to create Business Zone X from a
portion of Residential Zone B-I, described in Section 20, the said
Section 2-H to read as followa:
"Section 2-H. Business Zone X. (Portions of Mililani
Street, Piilani Street and Kalanikoa Street).
Business Zone X shall contain all of the area bounded
as follows:
Beginning at the 'drainaku-makai corner of the in-
tersection of Mililani Street and Piilani Street
and running in a clockwise direction as follows:
1. The makai side of Piilani Street to the
Kesukaha side of Kalanikoa Street;
2. The Keaukaha side of Kalanikoa Street for
a distance of 440.0 feet;
3. Aline from the Kesukaha side of Kalanikoa
Street 440.0 feet away and parallel to the
makai side of Piilani Street to the dYsinaku
side of Mililani Street;
4. The Wainaku side of Mililani Street 440.0
feet to the point of beginning."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
