That Ordinance Ivo. lk7 of the County of Hawaii '_954, as amended, is hereby
further amended i.r. the fo11rn~2nt respects:
Section 1. Subsection (a) of Sention ° is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"(a) It shall be the duty of the police department of the County
of Hawaii to enforce the previsions cf this ordinance.
Folice officers are hereb*,* autrorized to direct all. traffic
either in persar. or by means cf visible and~or audible
signals in conformance :^rith the provisions of this ordinance
and in the evert of a fire or other emergency or to expedite
traffic or to insure safety, tc dire:^*., traffic as conditions
may require notv~rithstandinl;~ the previsions of this ordinance.
It shall he unlawfu'_ for anynerson to refuse er fail to
ccxrply crith any lawful order, signal, cr direction of a
police officer."
Section 2. Subsect.i.on (b) of Section n4, as attended, is hereby fixrther
amended as follows:
(a) By adding Subparagraph "1<" to Paragra.oh 3 to read as fcllcv;s:

"m. Saddle Road, within the Pohakuloa Training Area,
between Hilo Road Marker 33 and Hilo Road Marker

the Armed Forces of the United States are occupying
the Pohakuloa Training Camp and provided speed
