AN ORDINANCE AM"r~NDING ORDINANCE N0. 11, REVISED ORDIiQANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1947, AS AMENDED, BY CREATING BUSINESS ZONE %I FRCS A PORTION OF RESTRIC-
TIVE BUSINESS ZONE I, RELATING TO TfUr ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE DISTRICTS IN
THE CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUP~?.VISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of
Hawaii 1947, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding Section 2-I,
after Section 2-H, to create Business Zone XI from a portion of Restrictive
Business Zone I, described in Section 2.Ol,the said Section 2-I to read as
follows:
"Section 2-I. Business Zone XI. (Portions of Ululani Street,
Waianuenue Street, and Wailuku Drive.)
Business Zone XI shall contain all of the area bounded as follows:
He ginning at the intersection of the makai side of Ululani
Street extended and the Puna bank of Wailuku River and
running in a clockwise direction as follows:
1. The Puna bank of Wailuku River;
2. A line parallel to and 125 feet mauka of the mauka
side of Kinoole Street;
3. The Puna boundary of the Hilo Hotel property;
4. The makai side of Ululani Street and Ululani Street
extended to the point of beginning."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
