AN ORDINAD?CE RELATING TO ORDER F~~R ISSLTKNCE OF WARRANTa
BY THE COUNTY AUDIT')R.
RE TT CiRDAINED BY THE F3OARD OF S?1PERVI~~RS OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Any person entitled to a warrant upon
the County Treasury may fil-e a written order for the same
with the roan±y Auditor authorizing the person named in
the order to receipt for such warrant or wax rants.
S^Jhen so receipted, signed in the n=.me of the claimant
by the person named in the or:3er so that both names appear
uz~on the receipt, the Auditor may deliver the warrant tc
the person named in the order.
In like manner an order r:ay he filed with the Treasurer
covering the presentation and navment of such warrants.
~~ ch orders may oover all oarrants issued or to be
issued to the person signing the same during the year in
f o!hich. ±he order is dated but not later. Slzch orders may
be renewed from year to year.
