Tovm area shall contain all of that potion of the
district of Hamakua, County of Hawaii., which is
described as follov/s:
1. Bounded o^ East by: Kahaupu Gulch;
2. Bounded on South by:

Ahinahina Street in a
southe.r.ly direction;

from the centet:line and

Street.
(j) Hotel and Apartment Zone I.
Flotel and Apartment Zone I shall contain all of
the area described as follows:
1. East Boundary - Pak alana Street;
2. South Boundary - Mamalahoa Highway

3. West Bounda~:y - The extension of
Flumeria Street in a
southerly direction;
4. Plotah Eoundary - A line 1, 350 feet
seuth and parallel to
the south boundary of
the Honokaa }iospital lot.
(k) Business Zone I.
Business Zone I shall contain all of the area
described as follows:
1. East Boundary - Ohelc Street and
the east boundary
of the Ilonokaa School
lot and its extension;
2. South Boundary - Aline 700 feet south
from the centerline

Section 3. The foxegoing zones are set forth on the Honokaa
Lone 69ap, prepared and kept in custody of the Planning and
T7:affic Commission for the City of Hilo and County of Hawaii,
and the same shall be deemed the "official. Zone i.".ap" of Honokaa
Town.
Section 4, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
