AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE TAP9PERING WITH MOTOR VEHICLES.

Section 1. No person shall without the consent of the
ou.~ner or person in charge of a vehicle, climb upon or into
such. vehi_c1e with the intent to commit any injury thereto or
with the intent to commit .any crime, whether such vehicle be
in motion or at rest.
Section 2. No person, witho~.:t the consent of the owner
or person in charge or a standincr unattended vehicle, sh=ttl
manira~late any of the ].every, starting crank, brakes or ether
devices thereon; provided, however, that an operator of a
motor vehicle may release the brakes and move a standing
unattended vehicle for the purpose of extricating his vehicle
from a parking location.
Section 3. Rnv person who shall violate any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($;2,50.00).
