BE IT ORDAINED RY THE ROAR"J OP S7JpL'RVIa'~RS IN AND FORTHE
COUNTY OF HAVIAII:
Section 1. Prohibition. Tt shall 1?e unlawful for anv
person (a) to play on, (b) to fish or crab from, or (c) to
swim nr dive off any portion of any bridge or other elevated
structure constituting a dart of a highway where proper signs
are posted.
Section 2. Penalties. 'any person convicted of a violation
of the foregoincr nrohihition shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding ONE HiJNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
