Section 2. Any person who shall violate any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine of not ]ess t}.an $3.00 nor more than
`250.00.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its appjoval.
