AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A RATE Ft~R THE SALE OF CEMETERY
PLOTS OWNED BY THE COUNTY ~~F HA'A3II.
BE IT ORDAINED RY THE BOARD OF S[JPERVI~~RS OF THE COUNTY
OF HAGLA7I:
Section 1. Fee to be charge. For each County owned
cemeter~r plot sold at the Alae Cemetery in the City of Milo,
the Chief Engineer of the County of Hawaii sha17 collect a
fee of X35.00, which sha11 he exclusive of the cost of
diogincT and covering the plot. ]'ach remeterv clot shall
not exceed nine C9) feet in length and four (4) feet in wrath.
Sec±ion 2. Creation of cemetery fund. The monies
co]lected under Section 1. aforesaid shall be deposited with
the Treasurer of the County of Hawaii. in a cemetery fund
