(c) For thepurpose of this ordinance the various types of pyrotechnics that are excluded from the defi.n:ition of "fireworks" and enumerated herei.nabove under Section 2 (b) 1-5, inc]~.isive, shall be referred to as "special fire- crackers". It shall be unl-ao;ful for anv~pereon to possess, store, sell, keep or offer for sale, expose for sale, give, use, expl-ode or cause to exrlode any firF~works within the County of 1laWa11 , P.XCe^t (-~) Sales by wholesalers for direct shipment out of the Count~~ of Hawaii . (b) Storage, sale, or offer for sale or for use in the County of Hawaii by a person having obtained a_ license therefor in accordance with Section 4 hereof. (c) Lse for a ~~ublic display b~.~ a person having obtained a permit there For in accordance oaith Section 5 hereof . (d) Use for a bona fide religious or ceremonial occasion by a person having ohtai-ned- a permit therefor in accordance with Section 6 hereof. (e) Use by transportation agencies for signal, wsrning or illumination pnrpo~es in connection with their business. (f) Sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater, for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports. Possession, storage, sale or use of explosives and combustibles i-n accordance with Chapter 96, Revise Laws of Hawaii, 1955. SECTION 4. License .For stor.are and sale. (a) License required.
