Section 1 of Ordinance No, 29 of the Revised Ordinances o.f the County of Hawaii, 1960, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully scatter, throw, drop, deposit, or place or cause to be scattered, thrown, dropped, deposited or placed on any highway, street, road, alley, lane, sidewalk, sea beach, public park or other public a~lace in the County of I[acvaii, State of Hai^raii, any glass, glass bottle, Yin can, nail, tack, wire, piece of metal, stone, payer, fruit peeling, ray, wood, straw, hay, or s~~eeping or any rubbish or uebris of any kind ndhatsoever, or any thing or substance likely to injure any ;person, ~ct ;~' animal or vehicle, except in receptacles provided ~, ., ~' a~ ~ thereon for that purpose. SECTIOiV 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
