AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS APIENDED, BY ADDING ANEW SECTION
NUMBERED 15-C, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE IN THE' ~;""'~""""

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY '~
OF HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of
Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following
respect:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by
inserting a new section numbered 15-C, after Section 15-B, to read
as follows:

Light Industrial Zone VII shall contain all of the
are, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the parcel
of land, the said point being the intersection -
of the south boundary of Light Industrial Zone
VI and the west boundary of Kanoelehua Street,
and described in a clockwise direction as follows:
1. The west boundary of'Kanoelehua Street
until it merges with Puainako Street;
2. The northeast boundary of Block 401, Waiakea
Homestead to its intersection with the souther-
ly extension of the west boundary of Hinano
Street; '
3. The west boundary of Hinano Street extended
to the south boundary of Light Industrial
Zone V;
4. The south boundary of Light Industrial Zone
V to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effe]c~t upon its approval.
