AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION
NUMDERED 40-A, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE IN THE
CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of
Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following
respect:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by
inserting a new section numbered 40-A, after Section 40, to read
as follows:
"Section 40-A. Residential Zone D-V.
Deginning at the south corner of the parcel of
land, the .s aid point being the intersection of
the northeast boundary of Dlocks 301 and 401,
Waiakea Homestead and the southerly extension
.of the west boundary of iiinano Street, and de-
scribed in a clockwise direction as follows:

1, The northeast boundary of Block 301, 4ti'aiakea
Homestead to the-south boundary of the Hawaii
Technical School lot;
2, The south boundary of the Hawaii Technical
School lot to the southerly extension of the
west boundary of Hinano Street;
3. The southerly extension of the west boundary
of Hinano Street to the point of beginning.
Section 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
