AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 147 OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1954, As
AMENDED, 8Y AMffi~iDING SECTION 69, PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC
UPON THE PUBSSC STREETS AND HIfAiWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
~ IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
That Ordinance No. 147 of the County of Hawaii 1954, as amended, is hereby
further amended in the following respect:
Section 1. Subaectioxi (b) of Section 69, as amended, is hereby ftisther
amended by adding Subparagraph "f" to Paragraph 5 to read as follows:
"f. The Olaa to Pahoa Road in Olaa Pram a point .2 mile from
Mamalahoa Highway to the cattle guard in the patios'direction
for a distance of approximately 1.2 miles."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
