ORDINANCE N0. 221
AN ORDINANCE AMENllING ORDINANCE N0. 58 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1947, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE
REGULATION OF THE SUBDIVISION OF REAL ESTATE IN THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISOKS IN ANll FOR THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Subsection "E" of Section 5 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"E, If no action is taken by the commission within forty-
five (45) days from the date of its filing with the
commission of the preliminary plat, or such longer
period as may have been agreed upon, the preliminary
plat shall be deemed approved, and it shall be the duty
of the commission to endorse its approval of the pre-
liminary plat upon the face thereof."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
