ORDINANCE N0. 224
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 58 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF RAWAII 1947, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE
REGULATION OF THE SUBllIVISION OF REAL ESTATE IN THE COUNTY OF'
HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERYISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII;
Section 1. Section 13.01, a new section, is added after Section
13 to read as follows:
"Section 13.01. Filing Fees.
Each application for a subdivision is subject to the
payment of a filing fee of ten dollars ($10.00) and
an additional charge of one dollar {$1.00) for each
lot noted on the initial preliminary map and for each
additional lot resulting from any subsequent amendment
of the initial tentative map, exclrasive of any lots
set aside for roadway or easement purposes."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
