That Ordinance No. 25 of the 3evised Grdinances of the County of Hawaii ]96C, as
amended, is hereby further amended in'the following respects:
:section 1, Subsection (b) of Section 69, as amended, is hereby further
amended in the following respects:
(a) By adding Subparagraph "d" to Paragraph 2 tc read as fo:Liows:

:iection 2. Section 111+ is hereby amended to read as follows:
°Section 1.11{. Garay keeper to report on accidents.
The person in charge of any garage or repair shop to which is
brought any motor vehicle ~^rhich shows evidence of hiving been involved
in an accident resulting in damages to an apparent extent of twenty-
five dollars or more or struck by any bullet shall report to the >>olice
department immediately after such vehicle is received t*iving the license
rnxmber and engine number of t;he vehicle and the name and address of'the
ormer or driver of such vehicle, excepting rnotor vehicles to which ha ye
been affixed an official Da~ru.ged Vehicle Sticker showing the extent of
damages, date of occurence, and license number, Phis stinker shall
remain affixed to the motor vehicle until repairs have been completed."
Section 3. This ordinance shall i,ake effect upon it.s approval.
