AN ORDINANCE TG Ah'END ORDIN,^iNCr, P1C. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1960, AS APnENDE:U, BY ADDING A NErJ SECTION NUMBERdD 43-A, RE7,ATING TO THE
ESTABLISHG":liNT OF LAND USE IN THE CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BCARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
That Ordinance No, 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960, as
amended, is hereby further amended in the"following respect:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 20 0£ the Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii
1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by inserting a new section numbered 43-A,
after Section 43, to read as follows:
"Section 43-A• Residential Zone D-II.
Residential Zone D-II shall contain Lots 12 to 20 inclusive of Block
53, '~taiakea House Lots, 2nd Series, and bounded as follows:
Beginning at a point 237.0" mauka of the mauka side of Kinoole
Street on the Puna side of Wailoa Street and running in a
clockwise direction as follows:
1, Along the mauka boundary of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 6, and 11,
Block 53, Waiakea House Lots, 2nd Series, to the Hamakua
boundary of Lot 2, Block 53, Grant 9814, Waiakea House
Lots, 2nd Series;
2, Along the Hamakua boundary of Lot 2, Block 53, Grant 9614,
uVaiakea House Lots, 2nd Series, from the intersection des-
cribed in (1) to the mauka side of the proposed Ululani
Street Extension;
3. Along the mauka aide of the proposed Ululani Street Extension
from the intersection described in (2) to the Puna side of
Wailoa Street;
4• Along the Puna side of Wailoa Street from the mauka side of
Ululani Street to the point of beginning,"
Section 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
