That Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of tIawaii 1960,
as amended, is hereby further amended i.n the following respects:
Section 1. By adding Section 43-fi to create Residential 7.one D-III, from a
portion of ..^,.esidential Zone B-I, the said Section 43-8 to read as follows:
'Section 43-H. Residential Zone D-III.
Residential Zone D-III shall contain all of the area comprising a portion
of VVaiakea Rouse Lots, Second Series, 'vdaiakea, South Hilo, IIawaii, desig-
nated as follows:
1. Lots 5, 6, 7, 18, 19, and 20, Hlock 62, known as the Ignacic
Tract;
2. Lots 4, 5, 6, 17, 18, and 19, Block 72;
3. Lots 6, 7, 1f3, and 1.9, Block 82;
4. Lots 7 and 8, Block 92."
Section 2. Hy adding Section 43-C to create Residential Zone D-IV, from a
porticn of Residential Zone B-I, the said Section 43-C to read as follows:
"Section 43-C. Residential Zone D-I V.
Residential Zone U-I`T shall contain all of the area bounded as follows;
Beginning at a point 200 feet west of the west side of Nanono Street
on the north side of Leilani Street and running in a clockwise di-
rection as follows:
1. l"rest along the north side of Lei]_ani Street to the west side of
Iolani Street;
2. North along the west side of Iolani Street to the south boundary
of Lot 12, Land Court application 1559;
3. nest along the south boundary of Lot 12, Land Court Application
1559, from Iolani Street to the west bcusxiary of Lot 12, Land
Court Application 1559;

Section 3, By adding Section 15-D to create Light Industrial Zone VIII, from a
portion of Residential Zone B-I, the said. Section 15-D to read as follo~.vs:
"Section 15-D. Light Industrial Zone VIII.
Light Industrial Zone VIII shall contain all of the area described as
follows:
beginning at the north.^rest corner of the intersection of Honu Street
and Pdaiko Street and running in a clockwise direction as fellows:
1. l~Jest along the north side of Maiko Street to the vrest side of
Oio Street;
2. North along the extension of the west Bide of Oio Street for a
distance of 116.11 feet;
3. ast along a straight line extended to a point 115.0 £eet north
of the north side o£ LFaiko Street for a distance of 318.26 £eet
on the west side of F:onu Street;
4, South along the west side of Honu Street to the point of beginning.'c
