BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PA.1RD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE, COUNTY OF HA~tr`AIIt
That Ordinance No, 25 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960
is hereby amended in the following respect:
Section 1, Paragraph 9, Subsection (a) of Section 18 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"9. V'Jithin seventy-five feet upon the approach to any traffic
control signal, except where designated by a parking stall
or a freight loading zone during such hours when the freight
loading zone regulation is in effect."
Section 2. This ordinance sYrall take effect upon its approval,
