AN ORDINANCE. TO APiF,N.9 ORDINANCE N0. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 'T}~:
COUNTY OF HAWAII ]960, AS AMENDED, BY ADDTNG THERETO A NEW SECTION
N'UMBF,RED 8-C, RELATING TO THE. F:STABLISF~fENT OF L1ND UST; DISTRICT IN THE.
CITY OF HILO.
BE IT Oi?DAINED RY TI?E BOARD OF SUF'f'sRVISORS IN AND FOR THE.' COUNTY ON HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance. Nn, 20 •if the Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding a new
section after Section 8-B to read as follows:
"Section 8-C. Business :one XZ,
"Business Zone XI shall contain all of the area described as
follows:
"Beginning at t!!e northeast corner of this parcel of land and
at the southwest corner of the intersection of Kanoelehua and
Lanikaula Streets, the coordinates of said point of beginning
referred T.o Government. Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" being
3493<00 feet .South and 11.062.50 feet Fast, and running by azimuths
measured clockwise frrnn true South;
]. 360° 009 200.00 feet along the west side of Kanoelehua
Street;
2, 90° 009 99,00 feet along Government Land;
3, 180° 009 200.00 feet along Lot 3, Block 47, Waiakea House
Lots, to the saaT.h side of Lanikaula
Street. ;
4, 270° 009 99A00 feet along the south side of Lanikaula
Street to the point of beginning and
containing an area of 1 .9,800 square
Feet."
SECTION' 2, This ordinance shall take effect u4~on the filing of z,
certificate of approval by the Plarming :+nc? Traffi_c Commission, I1' said
certificate is not filed. by the said C,ocmnission within thirty (30) days
after this ordinance has been submitted to said conunissi_on for approval.,
or upon di_sapnroval by said Commission of this crdiaance, this ordinance
shall take effect upon the affirmative voce of at leas Y. five (5) members
01' the Board of Supervisors.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0, 20 OF THE'R~VISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING THERETO A
NEW SECTION NUMBERED 8-C, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND
USE DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of
the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding a new section after Section 8-B to read as follows:
"Section 8-C. Business Zone XI.
"Business Zone XI shall contain all of the area
described as follows:
"Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of
land and at the southwest corner of the intersection of
Kanoelahua and Lanikaula Streets, the coordinates of said
point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation
Station "HALAI" being 3493.00 feet South and 11062.50 feet
East, and running by azimuths meaaured clockwise from true
South:
1. 360° UO' 200.00 feet along the west side of
Kanoelehua Street;
2. 90° UO' 99.00 feet along Government Land;
3. 180° 00' 200.00 feet along Lot 3, Block 47,
Waiakea House Lots, to the
south side of Lanikaula Street;
4. 270° 00' 99.00 feet along the south side of
Lanikaula Street to the point
of beginning and containing an
area of 19,800 square Feet."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

certificate is not filed by the s:~~id Conunission within thirty (30) days
after this ordinance has been submitted t,o said co~mnission for approval,
or upon disapproval by said Cemmis;sion of this ordinance, this ordinance
shall. take effect upon the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members
of the P.oard of Supervisors.
