ORDINANCE N0. ~`~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 25 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 69
THEREOF AND REPEALING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 77 OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII, PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE
PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of Section 69 of Ordinance
No. 25 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960,
as amended, is hereby further amended in the following respects:
(a) By adding subparagraph "e" to paragraph 2 thereof to
read as follows:
"e. Mamalahoa Highway in Papaikou from the S. Yoahlyama
Store (Papaikou Poat Office) to the Hawaii Belt Road in the
Honokaa direction."
(b) Bq adding subparagraph "g" to paragraph 5 thereof to
read as follows:
"g. Hawaii Belt Road in Pasuilo from the Hamakua
Mill Company Dispensary to the Paauilo Access Road
intersection in the Honokaa direction."
SECTION 2. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 77 of the County
of Hawaii is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
