AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE N0. 8 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960 RELA'P1NG TO
BUS RENTAL FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE HOARD OF' SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF'
HAWAII:
SECTION .7.. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 8 of the Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960 is hereby amended t:o
read as follows:
"Section 3. The Bus Control Committee shall collect
from the owner of each bus parking in said area the sum of
Six Dollars and Fifty Cents ($6.50) per month; provided,
however, said collection shall be suspended from May 1, 1960,
to June 30, 1961."
SECTION 2. Phis ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
