That Ordinance I+Io. 20 of the P,evised rmdinances of the County of Hawaii 1y60,
as amended, is hereby further amended in the fo71ow1ng respect:
Section 1, Ordinance iVo. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the County o_°
Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by inse*_-ting a nev. sectior,
numbered 8-1++;, after Section 8-ll, to read as follows:
"S'ecti.on 8-1;. Business °one VIII.
Business 'Lone XI II shall contain all of the area bounded as
follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the intersection of
Kawili ritreet and Kanoelehua Street and running in a clock-
wise directi-cn as follows:
1. PJest along the north side of Kawili Street to Kalanikoa
Street;
2. North along the east side o£ Kalanikoa Street For a
distance o£ 200 feet;
3, Last along the north boundaries of Lots 5 and 6, Block
47, 'uJaiakea House Lots, lst Series, ~iaiakea, South Hilo,
Hawaii., to Kanoelehua Street;
~,. South along the west side of Kanoelehua Street to point
of beginning."
Section 2. This ordinance shall to/ke effect upon its approval.
