ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 20 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION NUMBERED 8-G, RELATING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF HILO.
3'r, IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION i. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding a new section after Section n-F to read
as follows:
"Section 8-G. Business Zone XV.
Business Zone XV shall contain all of the
area bounded by Kinoole. Street, Hualalai Street,
Mauna Kea Street and Hoku Street."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect when it
is approved in accordance with the provisions of Section 5-C
of Ordinance No. 19 of the Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii 1960, as amended.
