A{J ORDINANCE TO Ah{END ORDINANCE IJO. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 'PHE
COUNTY OF HABJAII 1960, AS ANIENDED, BY ADDING T3fERETO A NEW SECTION
IJUMBERED 8-F, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHh1ENT OF LAND USE DISTRICT IN THE
CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IIJ AIJll FOR 'PHE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii •1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding a new
section after Section 8-E to read as follows:
"Section 8-F. Business `Lone XIV.
"Business Zone XIV shall contain all of the area bounded as
follows:
"Beginning at the southeast corner of the intersect9.on of Kilauea
Street and I4ohouli Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning,
referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Iialai" be9.ng
1078.41 feet south and 6603.57 feet east and running in a clock~~,ise
direction as follows:
1. North along the makai side of Kilauea Street to the Puna side
of Lot 8, Grants 6834 and 7161, Jose Serrao Subdivision-,'Waiakea,
South Hilo, Hawaii, (Tax Map Key 2-2-29-33);
2, East along the Puna side of Lot 8 for a distance of 210 feet;
3, South along a straight line parallel to Kilauea Street to the
Hamakua side of Lot A, Grant 4777, William H, Hill Subdivision,
Waiakea, South Ifilo, Hawaii, (Tax Map Key 2-2-28-41);
4.. West along a straight line along the Hamakua side of Lot A to
point of beginning,"
