ORDINANCE N0. 101
AN ~,DINANCE TO AiIEND ORDINANCE N0. 20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1960, A3 AMENDED, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION NI~BERED 8-H, RELATING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Re.rised Ordinances oY the County of Hawaii
1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding a new section after Section
8-G to read as follows:
"Section 8-H. Business Zona %VI.
"Business Zone %VI shall contain all of the area bounded as follows:
"Beginning at the southeast corn®r of the interaeetion of Kanosl®hus
Street and the Puna boundary of Lot 11, ffiock 501, Grant 11648, Waiakea
Hameateada, let Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, and running in a
clockwlss direction as folloaa:
1. West along the south boundary of Lot Ll, ffiock 501, Grant 11648, Waiakea
Homesteads, 1st Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, for a distance of
395.$2 feet;
2. North along a straight line parallel to Kilauea Street on the west side
of Lot 7.]., Block 501, Grant 11648, Waiakea Homesteads, 1st Series, Waiakea,
South Hilo, Hawaii, for a distance of 857.5 feet to the south aide of
Puainako Street;
3. East along the south aide of Puainako Street to the east side of Lot 11,
Block 50i, Grant ll648, Waiakea Homesteads, 1st Series, Waiakea, South
Hilo, Hawaii;
b. South along the west sid® of Kanoelehua Street to the point of beginning."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
