ORDINANCE NO. 107
SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 103, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FCR EXPENDITURE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1961, BY REVISING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS, SURPLUS AND EXPENDITURE
APPROPRIATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following amount of estimated receipts
and surplus which is in supplementation to the estimated
revenues, receipts and surplus appropriated by Ordinance
No. 103 for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1961, is
hereby provided for and appropriated to the fund and for
the purpose as set forth in Section 2:
SOURCE GENERAL FUND
GRANTS IN AID FROA7 STATE ............... $5,000.00
TOTAL RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS ............. $5,000.00
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount of estimated receipts
and surplus as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby
appropriated to the following fund and expenditure account
as set forth hereinbelow.
FUNCTION AND ACTIVITY GENERAL FUND
URBAN PLANNING ASSISTANCE PROJECT ....... $5,000.00
TOTAL APPROPRIATION ..................... $5,000.00
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
