SECTION 1. Section 70 of Ordinance.Tdo, 25 of the
Revised Ordinances of the ~~ounty of Hawaii 1960, is here;hy
amended to read as follc~>>s;
"Section 70, Minimum Speed. Tdo person shall
drive a motor vehicle at such a slow speed a,s to impede
or block the normal and reasonable rnoveeient of traffic
e~.cel~t when reduced speed is necessary for safe
~ operation or in compliance ~~dith lavr,°
SECTION 2.. This ordinance shall tape effect upon its
approval.

OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:

as amended; is hereby further amended in the following respect:
Section 1. Section 70 is hereby amended to Pead as follows
°Section 70. Minimum Speed. No person shall drive a motor vehicle
at such a slow speed as to impede or block the normal and reasonable
movement of traffic except when reduced speed is necessary for safe
operation or in compliance with law."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
