ORDINANCE NO. 120
SUPPLEMETITARY APPROPRIATION
AN ORDINANCE TO AMETdD ORDINANCE NO. 103, AS AMENDED,
APPROPRIATING ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS
FOR EXPENDITURE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31,
1961, BY TRANSFERRING FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 103, as amended, is hereby
further amended by transferring the appropriation in the
following amount for the project hereinafter enumerated
and such sum shall be appropriated for the purpose as set
forth in Section 2 hereof for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 1961:

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in
Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the following

Total Appropriation ............... x,15,500.00
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall take effect upon i-ts
approval.
