ORDINANCE N0. 13~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, BY AMENDING
SECTION 91.01, pBRTAINING TO THE INSPECTION OF VEHICLES
AND THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following subsection (b) to
section 91.01}:
"(b) Motor vehicles under the jurisdiction
of the Public Utilities Commission and bearing a
valid safety sticker issued by the said Commission
or its agents shall be exempt from the provisions
set forth in this section.'
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

1962.

That Ordinance No. 25 of the kevised Ordinances of t'r.e
County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended
in the fo]].owing respect:
SEC'T'ION ]., erection U74, subsection (d), is hereby
amended by adding paragraph 6 thereto:
"6, Motor veb.ic].es under the jurisdiction
of the Public Litilities commission and bearing a
valiez safety stic'~er '!sued by the said Commission
or its agents shall }~~: exempt from the periodic
inspection provisions set forth in this subsection."
SECTION 2. This ordinance sha]1 take effect upon
its approval.
