SECTION .1. Section 6 (a), (3) of Grdinance No. 1c,
as amended by Grdinance No. I16, is hereby further amended
~y stri.king lheref`rom the ~°~ord.s "three (3) minutes", and
inserting therein the v~~ords "two (2) minutes", so that the
suusection, as amended, noti°, reads:
°(3) For each two (2) minutes of U~aiting
-time or fraci;ion thareot~ .............10¢:'
SECTION 2. The fourth sentence of Section u.l (a)
of Urdinance No. 12_, as amended by Ordinance No. llu, is
hereby further amended i,~y striking therefrom -the v!ords
°driven either from! tY~~e transmission or from one or Ll~a
front wheels", and inserting therein the words "connected
to the transmission drive shaft, oti~er than the front v.~heel
drive", so that the sentence, as amended, now reads:
"The taximeter shall de operated mechanically
by a mechanism of standard design and construe-lion,
connected to the transmission drive shaft, other
than file front wheel drive, by a i~lexible and
permanerrtl.y attached driving mechanism."
