ORDINANCE NO. 184
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20 OF THE REVISEll
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1960, AS AMENDED, B`f
ADDING A NEW SECTION NUMBERED !~0-C, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF LAND USE IN THE CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF' THE COUN'CY
OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amen de d, is hereby further
amended by adding a new section numbered 1}.0-C to creat<s
Residential Zone B-VII from a portion of Agriculture Zone A-2,
Residential Zone C, and Residential Zone A-I V', the said
Section LtO-C to read as follows;
"Section LFO-C. Residential Zone B-VII.
Residential Zone B-VII shall contain all of the area
bounded as follows except for the Lokahi Housing Project:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the inter-
section of Kinoole Street and Puainako Street and
running in a clockwise direction as follows;
1. The Puueo side of Puainako Street from the
Kaumana side of Kinoole Street to the Kecumana
boundary of Lot 12, Waiakea Cane Lease Lots;
2. The Kaumana boundary of Waiakea Cane Lease
Lots 12, 13, ll}, and 15 from the Puueo side
of Puainako Street to the Puueo side of the
extension o£ Lanikaula Street;
3. The Puueo side of the extension of Lanil~:aula
Street mauka for approximately 160 feet;
Li.. A line from the Puueo side of the extension
of Lanikaula Street to the Olaa makai corner
of Lot 1, Block 70, Mokaulele Heights House
Lots;
5. The Olaa boundary of Block 70,Kaumana boundary
of Blocks 70 and 60 Mokaulele Heights House
Lots;

C. The Puueo boundary of all the lots fronting
on the Puueo side of Mohouli Street, the
Kaumana and Puueo boundary of Lot 3 of
Block 53;
7. The Kaumana side of Kinoole Street from a
point approximately 259.76 feet on the Puuec
side of Mohouli Street to the Puueo side of
Puainako Street, the point of beginning."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
