A?V ORDINANCE APPROPRL'~TING ALL ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS,
AND UNERPENDED FUNll BALANCES, AND ALL ESTIMATED Ex1'ENDITURE:3
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER, 31,
1963.
BE I'f ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SLTpERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OI'

SECTION 1. The several amounts of estimated revenues,
receipts, and unexpended fund balances for the fiscal year
ending December 31, 1963, hereinafter enumerated, are hereby
provided for and appropriated to the several funds for the
purposes as set torth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The several amounts of proposed expenditures
for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1963, as itemised in
t:he budget for the County of Hawaii for said period adopted
pursuant to the provisions of tJect:ion 144-36 of the Revised
Laws of Hawaii 1955, as amended, are hereby appropriated to the
several funds and departments as enumerated in this z3ectior.
PART II
eiPPRUPRIATIONS - ALL OPERATING FUNDS
SECTION 3. Such expenditures as may have been made by
the several departments, divisions, offices, boards and
commissions of the County of Hawaii, subsequent to December 31,
1962, and prior to the effective date of this ordinance whi.oh
have been or may he approved by the county auditor, are hereby

ratified, confirmed and approved and shall be respectively
charged against the appropriations hereinabove made,
SECTION 4, The provisions of Ordinance Dfo, 57, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Iiawaii 1960, pertaining to the
appropriation of all estimated revenues, recei-pts and
unexpended fund balances, and all estimated e~-penditures of
the County of Hawaii shall 1_,e appli.cable to this ordinance,
SECTION 5, This ordinance shall take effect upon :its
approval,
