S%CTION 1. Section 16 0£ Ordinance ;do. 122 of the
County of Hawaii, as amended i7y Ordinance, No, 162, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the io1lo~~tin.g clause to
read as Follows:
"Section 16. Building permit Fees, Notwith-
standing the provisions o£ Section ;03 of the Uniform
3uilding Coyle 1,61 Sdition, relatine, to auilding permit
Fees, any person, i'irm or corporation tiahich sustained
any damage From the liapoho Volcanic eruptions o£ 1955
or 1j60 or the seismic waves of May 2~, 1)60 or the
floc~~d of April 2, 1',61 shall pay no more than Cn.e llollar
($1.00) in permit. Fee for each building ;~;~ermit ibr a
period o; one year From June 2), 1)62; that any person,
Firm or corporation which sustained any damage from ti.e
windstorm o£ January and i^ebruary, 1;63, shall pay no
more than Gne Dollar (+1.00) in permit i'ee for each
building perr:it for a period of one year fror~r date of
damage."
